My 6.0 in my 06 f350 has died. You should not have less than 1ksi or 1000 psi of high fuel pressure while cranking. Make sure your batteries stay charged up and that cranking rpms are 150+ for better chance at.

I'm at a loss for what else to look at. The truck starts and runs on occasion but not usually. Plugged block heater in, let it sit for one hour, turned truck on and fired right up.
I Suspect A Wire Is Chaffed Inbetween.
Came home shut the truck off and wouldnt start back. Automatic transmission shift lever fully in park or neutral? 9.5 volts for logic power when cranking is too low, but it should start with that.
